Thank you for checking out our website! We are Lynda and Neill Taniguchi and we are Airdrie House Buyers. We began investing in real estate in the 90s and we have been proud landlords since then.

In 2009, we began our training in ethical “Rent to Own” , as we had many wonderful tenants who wanted to be homeowners.

Neill and I committed that we would offer all of the necessary tools to assist others in attaining home ownership.   We continue to run that business as Rent to Win and not Rent to Fail.   As a result, we have helped over 25 Airdrie and area families qualify for their own mortgage and enjoy the rewards of home ownership.

As the need for Rent to Own homes increased, we began to buy houses to fill that demand. I left my Early Childhood teaching career in 2010 to work full time in our business.  Neill resigned from his role as Sales Manager at Calgary BMW in May of 2014.

We have owned over 85 houses to date and enjoy a strong reputation in Airdrie for helping renters become homeowners and being the kind of landlords that we would want our children to rent from.

We continue to be active members of REIN (Real Estate Investing Network^TM,) and they keep us up to date on current market trends and fundamental economic indicators. We have surrounded ourselves with a fantastic team of talented real estate agents, professional appraisal services, lawyers, mortgage brokers, property managers and fellow investors. Did I mention that we have fantastic, hardworking, dedicated staff who are indispensable in the day to day working of our business!
